1 – Identity of the data controller

The data controller is the company Arcade Cycles, which has its registered office at 78 impasse Philippe Gozola, 85000 La Roche-sur-Yon, France, and whose legal representative is François Lucas in his capacity as Director.

2 – Purposes of the processing

Arcade Cycles may process your Personal Information:

3- Recipients

Arcade Cycles is the only recipient of your Personal Information. Whether in individual or aggregated form, this is never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors of which Arcade Cycles makes use (you will find more information about these in point 7 below). Neither Arcade Cycles nor any of its subcontractors sells the Personal Data of visitors to and users of its Website.

Your Personal Information is held by Arcade Cycles only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in point 2 above, which may not in any case exceed 60 months, i.e., the warranty period for our bicycle frames.

Arcade Cycles informs you that it will be entitled to oppose any manifestly unreasonable enquiries (by their number, or their repetitive or systematic nature).

Right to data rectification

Under this right, the legislation entitles you to request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data concerning you which may prove to be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete.

Right to object

The exercising of this right to object is only possible in one of the two following situations:

Where the exercising of this right is based on legitimate grounds; or

Where the exercising of this right is intended to prevent the collected data from being used for commercial prospecting purposes.

6 – Response times

Arcade Cycles undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification, opposition or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one month from the receipt of your request.

7 – Authorised service providers and transfer to a non-European Union country

Arcade Cycles informs you that it uses its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and communicate the data collected through the various forms on the Website.

For the analysis of our Website, we use Google Analytics, an online analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google uses servers located in the USA for this purpose.

The EU Commission has certified in an adequacy finding, the EU-US Privacy Shield, that the level of data protection of the aforementioned countries is identical to that of the EU.
